ABOUT LORI
Lori began working in media production and post-production in the early '80s at
Corporate Productions, Inc. and went on to work for Leonard South Productions
and Charted Course Productions, all located in Burbank, CA.
Throughout the '90s she worked in her kid's schools helping children in the classrooms
and serving various parent/teacher associations, earning many awards for her
contributions, including Honorary Service Awards from the City of Los Angeles.
She continued to work freelance while balancing her home life and raising her
two children, at Marks and Marks Communications, Encore Communications, Inc.,
Tell-a-Vision Post, and Digital Jungle Post Production in Hollywood.
In 1999, when working at College Enterprises Inc. in Los Angeles, she attended a
Dale Carnegie course on "How to Win Friends and Influence People." It was a
pivotal time in her life, and she was awarded the Certificate of Highest Achievement
in her class for effective speaking.
From 2001 to 2015 she supervised the post-production and distribution of several
Online Higher Education degree programs for companies such as Canter & Associates
and Laureate Education Inc. aka Walden University. Lori has also produced numerous
multimedia projects over the years. Including some feature films allowing her to
hone her skills in many areas of research and development, strategic planning of
content, designing graphics, and the overall editing of both educational and
entertainment media. She has also been fortunate to collaborate with some of the
most talented music composers, as well as overseeing the music editing. Her
experience has allowed her to become well versed in the art of compelling storytelling.
